Transformation Project Specialist - 6 Month FTC Lancashire £65,000 + Benefits Our client is an established manufacturing business with global operations and workforce. We are supporting their recruitment of a Transformation Project Specialist on a 6 month FTC to support the business through a period of change and transition, with a focus in supporting the delivery of HR and business transformation activity. The role operates a hybrid working model, typically 1-2 days per week onsite. The role is a 6-month FTC, and we''re looking for candidates who are either immediately available or ready to start within a few weeks at most. Key Responsibilities Project planning, coordination and delivery across transformation initiatives and HR projects Maintain project materials, presentations, communications and stakeholder updates Coordinate survey activity, including planning, deployment, analysis and reporting of results. Deliver data analysis, insight generation and KPI tracking to support decision-making. Support change management and communications activities to drive adoption of future-state processes and behaviours. Create and maintain manager toolkits, guidance materials and engagement resources. Liaise with cross-functional teams and external partners to progress actions and resolve issues. Provide general analytical, reporting and project support across HR, organisational and transformation programmes.
