The Impact You''ll Make As a Substance Use Team Leader, you will collaboratively lead a dynamic team in delivering a safe, creative, and service-user-led treatment experience. Working as part of the Adult Alcohol and Drug Service management structure and alongside clinical partners such as the NHS Inclusion Prescribing Team, you will manage operational governance, oversee staff caseloads, and champion trauma-informed harm reduction interventions.
