Quantity Surveyor This Quantity Surveyor role in the Northwest requires an individual with experience, including NEC expertise, from the energy, power, building services, utilities, FM, MandE or infrastructure sectors. Our client has experienced a period of significant growth, and indeed is set on an envious upwards trajectory over the next 5-10 years, and consequently wishes to appoint a high calibre Quantity Surveyor. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the main purpose of this role will be to ensure commercial and contractual control and co-ordination of the efforts of all parties involved in the execution of multiple complex projects running simultaneously at differing stages of the contract lifecycle. You will also provide support to other members of the commercial and quantity surveying teams, and Directors and Managers on all aspects relating to commercial activity.
