This is a hands-on engineering position focused on improving equipment reliability, safety and efficiency while providing effective day-to-day technical support to production.The Maintenance Engineer will also support new equipment installations, commissioning, validation and start-up, alongside the development and improvement of automated manufacturing processes.Role and Responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer Provide day-to-day maintenance and technical support across manufacturing operations.Diagnose plant and machinery faults, implementing effective corrective actions.Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability.Analyse downtime trends to reduce breakdowns and repeat failures.Ensure maintenance activities and equipment modifications meet HSE, Quality and regulatory requirements.Support the installation, commissioning and start-up of new equipment and automation systems.Support automation improvements involving PLCs, HMIs, sensors, robotics, vision systems and automated testing equipment.Maintain accurate maintenance records through EAM and Gensuite.Support continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen, problem-solving, 5S and ..... full job details .....
