This role is ideal for a senior people leader who wants to influence at Board level and build a high-performing, inclusive and learning-led organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a small internal People / LandD team.Shape and deliver the People Strategy aligned to organisational objectives.Embed a positive, inclusive and high-performance culture.Develop and implement the LandD strategy, leadership development and capability frameworks.Lead performance, appraisal and development processes.Drive early careers, apprenticeships and internal career pathways.Manage LandD and recruitment budgets.Lead workforce planning, succession planning and organisational design.Oversee people governance, compliance and accreditation readiness.Influence at Board level and chair quarterly capability reviews.Required experience:Senior leader
