This is a client-facing role requiring strong technical payroll knowledge, accuracy, and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of bureau clients on a weekly and monthly basisEnsure payrolls are delivered accurately, compliantly, and on scheduleAct as a primary contact for client payroll queries, providing clear and professional supportComplete monthly CIS subcontractor submissions in line with HMRC requirementsAdminister auto-enrolment and NEST pension schemes, including assessments and submissionsMaintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentationSupport general office and reception cover duties when requiredSkills and ExperienceDemonstrable experience working within a payroll bureau or accountancy practiceStrong technical payroll knowledge and understanding of current legislationExperience using BrightPay is advantageous; training can be providedAbility to manage own workload, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlinesHigh attention to detail with a comm
