Safety: Maintain and improve health and safety standards for the areaQuality: Ensure safety and quality of products producedDelivery: Daily plan completionCost: Ensure the area is run in an efficient mannerMorale: Manage people in your area and training Key Tasks:Safety Promote safe working practises.Identify and report near misses.Support incident investigations. Quality Monitor and improve Quality standards.Monitor and improve GMP and hygiene standards.Follow Technical advice to ensure Quality Management Systems are fully implemented and products made are safe and meet relevant legislation and customer requirements. Delivery Communicate production plan to your team.Monitor progress against the plan throughout the day. Report any deviations from the plan.Achieve 98.5% customer service level.Support NPD trials and new product launches.Specific areas: Manage the receipt, filing and issuing of customer orders to the lines.
