Due to a new payroll and time and attendance system being rolled out, we are looking for an interim Payroll Systems Implementation Project manager to manage the migration process, over a 5 month period, working 25/30 hours per week, based fully on site in Uxbridge.Reporting into the HRD, you will be working closely with the External IT Project Manager to ensure the accurate and timely migration and cleansing for the payroll data for circa 1400 UK employees onto Employment Hero.Duties will include:Manage end-to-end payroll project delivery, including new payroll software implementations, design and transitions within strict deadlines.Possess in-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation, RTI reporting, and HMRC statutory requirements, maintaining up-to-date compliance at all times.Demonstrate a clear track record implementing payroll solutions across various industries, with proven adaptability to sector-specific requirements.Experience of running payroll for hourly paid staff-including accurate calculation and payment of the National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage-ensuring rigorous compliance.Audit, configure, and streamline processes for multiple payroll cycles, including weekly, monthly, and off-cycle runs for diverse employee types.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels (Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Operations) to tailor payroll solutions and project communications for effective rollout.Identify and mitigate project risks, including compliance, IT integration, data mig
