You''ll play a pivotal role in resolving inconsistencies, bringing a creative and forward-thinking approach to Reward, strengthening governance, enhancing manager capability, and driving engagement and effective utilisation across the business. What you''ll be leading Creating and embedding a reward philosophy and job evaluation framework.Designing reward structures covering annual bonus, variable pay and performance-related pay.Reviewing and refreshing benefits including pension schemes, PMI, life assurance and other fringe benefits.Enhancing fairness, transparency and consistency across reward and benefits.Partnering with managers and senior leaders to upskill capability and embed best-practice decision-making that strengthens their EVP and talent pipelines.Driving exceptional communication
