We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented UK People Operations Lead to join our People team and take ownership of the operational backbone that supports our growing UK organisation. This role will lead on all aspects of people operations, including benefits, employee communications, regulatory compliance, and people-focused projects. You will act as a strategic partner to the People and Talent Partners, bringing operational insight and process excellence to drive our People strategy execution.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and is excited to build and improve scalable processes that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.Key responsibilities:UK People Operations Support and Employee ExperienceServe as the key point of contact for escalated or complex People Operations queries for the UK, working closely with the India People Operations team.Provide local context and compliance input for People Operations processes globally.Collaborate on global process improvement initiatives and help ensure applicability and adoption.People Projects and Process ImprovementsDrive operational people projects (e.g., onboarding enhancements, systems rollouts, policy updates).Maintain and regularly update all HR policies and ensure accessibility for employees.Identify and implement process improvements to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.Work closely with the People and Talent Partners to understand their workflows and challenges, identifying opportunities for automation, optimisation, and operational scalability.Monitor and analyse people data and metrics - delivering insights on benefits utilisation and employee feedback to enable relevant reviews and changes and compliance KPIs to support business decisions.Benefits ManagementLead the delivery and administration of our UK benefits programmes (e.g., pensions, healthcare, life assurance).Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth enrolment, renewals, and issue resolution.Act as UK liaison for complex or sensitive escalations related to payroll and benefitsCollaborate with the broader People team to review and evolve the benefits offering based on employee feedback and market benchmarking.Support the UK People Partnering team during annual renewals or changes to benefits programmes, including communication and documentation.Employee CommunicationsManage and execute UK-specific people comms (e.g., policy changes, benefit updates, compliance notices).Ensure communications are timely, clear, and aligned with our tone of voice.Support broader engagement campaigns and initiatives across the People function.Regulatory Support and ComplianceEnsure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including SMandCR, regulatory reporting, while staying up to date on industry changes.Ensure UK-specific SOPs and policy documents are kept up-to-date in line with changing legal and compliance requirements with support from the global teamManage Global Mobility and Visa processes and compliance activities for employees across the UK.We are looking for an HR professional who is:Proven experience in a People Ops, HR Operations, or similar role, ideally in a regulated environment.Strong knowledge of UK payroll, benefits, and employment law.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Clear communicator, able to simplify complex topics in written and verbal comms.Project management experience – from planning through to execution.Knowledgeable in HR compliance and best practices, particularly in regulated environments.Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, HiBob is a plus, automation tools, and data dashboards to identify insights and drive process optimisation.Experience in change management — able to guide teams through operational, cultural, or regulatory change with empathy and clarity.Demonstrated experience managing employee immigration and mobility processes in the UK, including handling work visas, compliance requirements, and cross-border relocation support.Benefits and Perks:Equity.
