Technical Support Advisor

Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm - Hybrid working after training Salary - 24,600 with a benefit of having this reviewed every 6 months Some of the duties will include: Handling customer requests over the phone, email, chat and WhatsAppResolving support requests by investigation, fault-finding, problem-solving and troubleshootingCreating an audit tail of support requests on the CRM systemLiaising with mobile network providersProviding a great level of service Assisting internal and external teams with any queriesWorking well as part of a team The suitable candidate: Strong communication skills both written and verbalAble to understand, diagnose and assist in a busy support environmentPC literate including Word, Excel and emailGreat organisational skillsPrevious customer service experienceMust be local to Watford to be able to commute to the officeAn interest in technology would be beneficial Looking for the next step in your career?
