**Requirements:**
- Must hold a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years environment.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Good knowledge of classroom practice and supporting children''s individual learning needs.
- Confident supporting children''s development, observations and daily activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional and committed to providing high standards of care.
- Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
