If you have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs, this is the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent support and guidance to front of house teamDeal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfactionPromote and awareness of quality and customers needs and expectations throughout the Paint and Body CentreManage bookings in/out and updates to customers on our Windows based Autoflow Management SystemAssist on managing manufacturer portals for complianceEssential Skills and Experience:Previous experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive or accident repair environment (preferred).Team playerExcellent communication skillsOffer empathy when needed and have good problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Insurance processes would be ideal but not essentialKnowledge of basic Sage would be ideal but not essential Hours of work: Monday - Thursday 8:00-17:00pm.
