Electrical Commissioning Manager - Data CentreLocation: LondonDuration: 12 MonthsRate: 550 per day - LTD CompanyWorking Pattern: Monday - Friday, fully site-basedThe RoleAn established MEP Commissioning Consultancy is seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to support a major data centre construction project in London.The successful candidate will oversee and manage electrical commissioning activities, working closely with the MEP contractor, commissioning teams, specialist subcontractors and client representatives to ensure systems are delivered, tested and commissioned in line with project requirements and programme milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee electrical commissioning activities across the data centre project.Coordinate MEP contractors, specialist subcontractors and equipment manufacturers.Oversee commissioning of HV/LV distribution, transformers, generators, UPS systems, switchgear and associated electrical infrastructure.Review commissioning procedures, test documentation, RAMS and technical submissions.Monitor commissioning progress and report against project milestones.Coordinate functional testing, integrated systems testing (IST) and final handover activities.Identify and resolve technical issues, defects and commissioning challenges.Ensure all commissioning works are completed safely and in accordance with project specifications and relevant standards.RequirementsProven experience as an Electrical Commissioning Manager within ..... full job details .....
