This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with a background in operational improvement and change management.You''ll work closely with the clinic''s management team to assess current operations, identify gaps, and help drive a cultural shift in service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design and implementation of a new operating model.Provide operational coaching and guidance to the management team.Conduct process mapping and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.Assess the current "as-is" state and help define the "to-be" model.Bridge operational gaps and support the team through change.
