We are looking to hire a Personal Injury Solicitor to join our rapidly growing law firm in West London. We are open to recruiting candidates on a full-time basis. This position requires a strong background in personal injury litigation, along with experience using the MOJ portal. You will manage a varied caseload of EL, PL, and RTA claims, focusing primarily on Fast-Track work while also supporting partners on Multi-Track matters.Main duties

Managing all aspects of personal injury litigation from inception to conclusion.Conducting client interviews and gathering relevant case details.Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and disclosure requests.Organising and maintaining case files and documentation.Conducting legal research and analysis on applicable laws and regulations.Assisting in trial preparation, including witness preparation and exhibit organisation.Scheduling appointments, depositions, and court appearances.Supporting the principal solicitor and office manager.What Are We Looking For?

Candidates should have experience in Claimant personal injury and a minimum of 1 year’s PQE. Proficiency with case management systems and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively are essential.We are looking for individuals who

Excellent client care and communication skills (oral and written).Use critical thinking and analysis to solve problems, drawing on multiple sources of information to make reasoned, evidence-based decisions.Negotiate effectively by understanding all parties\'' interests and proposing persuasive compromises.Proactively plan, manage, and progress legal cases to achieve the best outcomes for clients and the firm.Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties, responding effectively to their needs and priorities.Have experience with both pre-litigated and litigated PI claims (RTA, EL, PL, and serious injuries).Demonstrate sound legal expertise in personal injury.Additionally, experience in housing disrepair, medical negligence, and industrial disease cases is a strong advantage.What Will You Get?
