GSL Education is looking for a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education and classroom management.

Location: Loughborough
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time options available
Start Date: Immediate start 

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise whole classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials across various subjects.
• Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students in their learning and liaise with teaching staff when needed.

• Experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting (ideally as a cover supervisor).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the update service 
• Ability to engage and motivate students across different subjects.
• A degree or Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
