Shift Patterns:Monday-Friday, 8am - 5:00pmPay: 12.21Lead a team of operatives, ensuring full engagement and high performance at all times;Guarantee product quality standards are met without compromise;Ensure all raw materials, ingredients, packaging and labels are available to meet the production plan in full and on time;Minimise waste in all forms;Analysis and action of factory data and line performance information.About you:Good understanding of English language, written and oral;Excellent communication skills;Flexible and adaptable approach;Previous experience in a previous environment ;Basic awareness of Food Hygiene. You must have previous experience of either working or being employed as a line operative within your current role/company.You''ll be expected to be able to work across a variety of environments and you''ll be provided with suitable personal protective equipment.The role is ideal for someone with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, and looking to progress further up the management scale.
