As a Customer Service Advisor, you''ll help customers through every stage of their leasing journey, from answering questions to resolving issues and delivering the high standard of service we''re known for. What you''ll be doing: Helping customers by phone and email with a range of queries throughout their leasing journey. Investigating and resolving customer complaints fairly, professionally and efficiently. Working closely with dealerships, manufacturers, and suppliers to keep customers updated on vehicle orders and deliveries. Supporting customers with in-life vehicle queries and finding practical solutions. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken. Working with colleagues across the business to deliver an outstanding customer experience. What We''re Looking For We''re looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. You''ll ideally have: Experience in a customer service, customer care or after-sales support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
