Own global strategy and execution of all paid media channels (LinkedIn, Google, programmatic, paid social, content syndication, display).Drive outbound digital activation for account-based marketing (ABM), targeting and converting priority accounts.Partner with campaigns, sales, and global field marketing teams to align digital demand with pipeline and revenue goals.Manage media budgets with full accountability for ROI, cost-per-pipeline, and revenue attribution.Implement and optimize attribution, reporting, and analytics frameworks for digital performance.Continuously test, refine, and scale targeting, messaging, and spend allocation for maximum impact.Manage digital marketing specialists and agency partners, ensuring executional excellence.Act as the subject matter expert for outbound digital within the growth organization.Qualifications include 5/8+ years in digital marketing, with expertise in paid channels and outbound demand generation, proven track record of delivering pipeline and revenue growth, experience with ABM strategies, intent data, enterprise B2B digital journeys, advanced skills in ad platforms and martech/adtech tools, strong analytical skills, and experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise tech.
