Senior Pensions Lead

Location: London
Salary: -47,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Very flexible working - only 1-2 days a week in the office!

The Role - We are seeking an experienced Senior Pensions Lead to take ownership of day-to-day pension operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service delivery.

Key Duties:

• Reconcile pension data and investigate discrepancies
• Manage month-end pension processes and contribution submissions
• Liaise with pension providers and resolve complex queries
• Process retirement quotes and support pension-related enquiries
• Ensure compliance with NHS Pension scheme regulations
• Utilise advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to analyse and validate data
• Drive process improvements and maintain high data integrity

About You:

• Essential: NHS Pensions experience
• Exceptional pensions knowledge
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Tech savvy with payroll/pension systems experience
• Confident communicator with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
• USS and SAUL experience (desirable)
