This team are seeking an experienced EA/PA to fill a full-time permanent position within their London studio. You must be confident, polite and show a high level of accuracy and precision. You will support Key Directors, work on diary management and scheduling of meetings/events and maintain the CRM and database systems. At times you will be creating and edit presentations and support with bid submissions, therefore InDesign and advanced MS Office are ideal for this position, whereas Keynote experience would be an advantage. Previous PA experience is essential, ideally within the Architectural, Design or Construction industry.
