You''ll have the opportunity to influence how CRM, web applications, integrations and wider business systems fit together as the organisation evolves its technology estate.What you''ll be doingOwning and evolving solution architecture across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the wider CRM ecosystem.Helping shape the future direction of the organisation''s Dynamics and Microsoft technology stack.Reviewing existing CRM, membership and customer-facing applications, identifying opportunities for simplification and modernisation.Designing solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, web applications and integrated systems.Assessing legacy application ..... full job details .....
