They are looking for a skilled Domestic Garden Builder who takes pride in creating show-standard gardens and wants to work within a professional, friendly team. You will be skilled in both soft and hard landscaping.Main DutiesBuilding high-quality domestic gardens: setting out sites, working levels, installing features.Lay patios and pathwaysLaying lawns, planting and other soft landscapingOperating a mini-digger.Driving a 7.5 ton lorry (or prepared to obtain licence + test).Working on sites largely within a 15 mile radius of Botley travel time paid.Ensuring all work meets our company s high standards for finish and client satisfaction.Skills and KnowledgeProven experience in garden construction, landscaping or groundworks.Strong, fit, and ready to be hands-on with garden build tasks day-to-day.Willing to drive or train to drive a 7.5 ton vehicle.Able to reliably commute to the Botley site or willing to relocate prior to start.Benefits£27-31K per annum depending on experience.All tools and machinery provided (may require own hand tools).Vehicle provided (to use between yard and client sites)Free on-site parking.Company pension scheme.Established company with excellent reputation and long-term stability.Uniform and PPE available28 days holiday including bank holidays
