We are working with an established Building Services specialist contractor who have been in operation for over 15 years and they are actively looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their Yorkshire team.

They provide turnkey design and build services to a national client base, covering a variety of sectors including healthcare, retail, residential, stadia, commercial, student accommodation and industrial. They operate a self-delivery model with in house teams of fitters for ducting, electrical, plumbing, pipefittings, Solar, Air Conditioning & Fire & Security, which ensures maximum control over delivery and can provide maximum efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets; defining project scope and objectives; and managing project resources (people, materials, and equipment
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders; communicating project progress and issues effectively; and managing stakeholder expectations
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks; developing contingency plans; and ensuring project deliverables are on track
• Managing the procurement of materials and equipment; monitoring project budgets and ensuring spending stays within allocated limits
• Managing the full range of mechanical services installations onsite
