This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic, high-impact procurement projects that deliver real value while keeping service users needs front and centre. You ll manage full end-to-end procurement processes (from £25k to £25m+), ensuring compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and other relevant legislation. With no direct reports, this is a hands-on delivery-focused role ideal for someone with a strong track record in public sector procurement and contract management.
