Position Overview

As a Principal IT Architect within Group Architecture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the enterprise architecture strategy across our Domains and Capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that drive innovation, efficiency and consistency. This is your opportunity to influence how we design and govern our systems at scale, while collaborating with a diverse and supportive team that values your voice and perspective. Your Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and evolution of Group Architecture frameworks across Technology, Data and Innovation (TDI)Partner with senior stakeholders to align architecture strategy with business goalsProvide governance oversight and ensure architectural standards are embedded in project deliveryTranslate complex business needs into clear, actionable technology solutionsPresent architectural recommendations to both technical and executive audiences with clarity and confidenceSupport project teams with architectural guidance, ensuring consistency and scalability across initiatives

Your Skills And Experience

Experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in enterprise architectureProven ability to lead and influence across IT, business, and functional teamsStrong project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex initiativesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and technical teams alikeAdvanced business and data analysis skills, with a keen eye for detail and strategic insightExperience in governance frameworks and architectural best practices
