This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join a busy office-based team, preparing estimates for commercial washroom and interior projects. The successful candidate will communicate directly with customers, architects, directors and main contractors, interpreting technical drawings, specifications and layouts to produce accurate quotations that meet customer requirements. The Role Your responsibilities will include: Preparing estimates and quotations for commercial washroom projects. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and layouts. Liaising with customers, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders. Reviewing customer enquiries and identifying project requirements. Using Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare and maintain quotations and documentation. Ensuring estimates are accurate and completed within required deadlines. Working closely with colleagues to support customer enquiries and project requirements. Providing professional customer service throughout the estimating process.
