You will support the procurement team with daily administrative tasks, vendor communication, and order tracking.Key Responsibilities:Purchase Order (PO) Management: Create, issue, and track POs from initial request to delivery.Supplier Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for suppliers, chasing up delayed deliveries and resolving order discrepancies with a friendly but firm approach.Data and System Maintenance: Keep our inventory and procurement databases spotlessly clean and up-to-date.Invoice Reconciliation: Work closely with the Finance team to match invoices, POs, and delivery notes (the classic "three-way match").Sourcing Support: Assist the Procurement Manager in researching new suppliers, gathering quotes, and analysing costs to help us get the best value.What We''re Looking ForYou ..... full job details .....
