They take pride in their commitment to quality, collaboration, and excellence helping major retailers bring their in-store visions to life through precision planning and seamless execution.The RoleWe re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of retail shopfitting projects. You ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This is a hands-on role that requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional stakeholder management, and confident on-site leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and oversee shopfitting projects from inception to completion.Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.Manage budgets, monitor costs, and report on variances.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Conduct site visits, address issues promptly, and maintain quality control.Prepare accurate project documentation, schedules, and progress reports.Key Communications and Working RelationshipsInternal: Business Development, Operations, Finance, Commercial Management, Departmental ManagersExternal: Clients and Customers, Contractors/Sub-Contractors, Consultants/QS, Central Support TeamsRequirements
