Qualified Social Worker Children s Services (HCPC Registered) Location: North West London Salary: £50,000 £55,000 per annum (DOE) + benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced and passionate Qualified Social Worker to join our client a rapidly growing childrens service provider. You ll play a key role in providing high-quality assessments, support plans, and interventions to ensure the best possible outcomes working collaboratively with multi-agency partners and using a child-centred approach. Key Responsibilities Manage a varied caseload within statutory children s services. Undertake assessments, care planning, and direct work with children and families. Work in partnership with schools, health professionals, and external agencies. Ensure safeguarding principles are upheld in all casework. Participate in supervision, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development. Maintain accurate, timely records and reports in line with HCPC standards. Requirements Qualified Social Worker (Degree in Social Work or equivalent). HCPC / Social Work England registration (essential). Experience within Children s Services, ideally in safeguarding, LAC, or child protection. Strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and related legislation. Excellent communication, ana
