Site Supervisor - Fire Protection Works Up to 45k + company van + fuel cardChelmsford basedWe are working with a leading Social Housing contractor to recruit an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the delivery of active and passive fire protection works across multiple sites throughout Essex.This is a client facing role. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, leading your site team and subcontractors to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in line with fire safety regulations and quality standards.You must have proven experience supervising active and passive fire protection works within Social Housing, with a strong track record of managing direct labour and subcontractors and maintaining a visible site presence.Site Supervisor Duties:Leading site-based teams and subcontractors to ensure all fire safety installations, including fire doors, fire stopping, alarms and associated systems, are completed safely, compliantly and to the highest quality standardsWorking in partnership with clients, operatives and project stakeholders to drive programme performance and maintain regulatory complianceHealth and safety on site, ensuring all works comply with Health and Safety, quality and regulatory standardsDelivering toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvementCoordinating site activity and managing subcontractorsLiaising with Resident Liaison Officers, ..... full job details .....
