Accounts Assistant 30,000 - 35,000 Sevenoaks, Kent My client is a leading manufacturer within their industry, known for high quality products that are built to last. They are currently hiring for an Accounts Assistant to join their small but busy Accounts team. This role will primarily focus on managing the bought ledger (accounts payable) and supporting with accruals and month-end processes. Key Responsibilities:Processing supplier invoices and reconciling statementsPreparing payment runs and resolving supplier queriesAssisting with accruals and prepayments for month-end reportingAssisting the Finance Director with cashflow and forecastingSupporting the wider finance team with general accounting tasks as required Essential Skills:Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar finance roleAAT qualified or studying towardsStrong understanding of accounts payable processesFamiliarity with accruals and basic accounting principlesGood attention to detail and strong organisational skillsProficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Package: 30,000 - 35,000 basic salaryFree parking on siteHours 9am to 5.30pm with 4pm finish Fridays35 days holiday per annum
