About the Role: 
Our contracts department is looking to appoint a Warehouse Operative in Swadlincote to support the secure organisation and management of sensitive paperwork. This operative role suits someone who is detail-focused and committed to maintaining strict accuracy and confidentiality standards. 
 
Main Duties: 
 

- Sorting and categorising confidential files 

- Filing documents in accordance with internal processes 

- Placing records securely in allocated warehouse locations 

- Maintaining accurate logs and documentation 

- Following all data protection and confidentiality regulations 

- Carrying out general administrative tasks as needed 

Candidate Profile: 
 

- Strong attention to detail with a precise working style 

- Well-organised and structured approach 

- Capable of working alone or within a team 

- Basic IT literacy 

- Previous admin or warehouse experience is helpful but not required 

- Able to manage sensitive information responsibly and discreetly

Warehouse Administration Operative

Pay Rate: £12.25 – £14.00 per hour (dependent on shift - nights also likely to become available)
Contract Type:  Temp to Perm  
Shift Pattern:  7am-4pm, 12pm-9pm, 5pm-4am 
Requirement:  Must hold a valid, clean driving licence
