Foundation Design Manager for a major offshore wind project The UKResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate the Primary Steel Lead, Secondary Steel Lead and Pin Pile Design Engineer and maintain the integrated design management plan, review strategy and programme through AFC delivery. Own coordination and configuration control of the overall foundation Design Basis, ensuring discipline inputs are complete, compatible and controlled. Own the integrated design decision log, risk and opportunity register, interface register and certification tracker, ensuring actions are allocated, updated and closed. Manage the technical delivery of the design and certification contracts, including technical scope, schedule, quality, risk, interfaces and resource adequacy; monitor cost and change and provide timely technical input to the Foundations Package Manager and Contract Manager. Act as the day-to-day Employer counterpart to the Detailed Designer and Certification Body project managers, consolidate review comments and drive critical comments and certification blockers to closure. Be accountable for integrated loads analysis governance, programme and interface resolution, with the Primary Steel Lead responsible for technical coordination, review and Employer acceptance recommendations. Coordinate Safe by Design, constructability and model reviews and ensure required inputs from WTG, supply and fabrication, TandI, IAC, OandM, HSSE, metocean and site characterisation are available when needed. ..... full job details .....
