Estate Services Grounds Maintenance ManagerLocation: Esher, SurreyPay Rate: 21.45 per hour PAYE We are currently recruiting for an Estate Services Grounds Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective and efficient delivery of grounds maintenance services across a designated geographical area.You will lead and manage a team responsible for delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard. You will also oversee contractors working on specialist areas such as tree maintenance.The role will involve regular estate inspections, responding to resident and colleague enquiries, identifying service issues and working closely with other frontline teams to improve resident satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage and motivate a team delivering estate grounds maintenance services.Ensure all team members complete appropriate risk assessments and health and safety training.Promote and enforce safe working practices, including lone-working procedures.Respond promptly to enquiries from residents and colleagues regarding grounds maintenance services.Carry out regular estate inspections to ensure estates are maintained to a high standard.Identify and report communal repairs, compliance hazards, service issues and tenancy management concerns.Complete regular one-to-one meetings with team members, addressing performance issues, providing constructive feedback and recognising achievements.Identify ..... full job details .....
