An established and growing organisation is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Processing Coordinator to join its central operations team. This varied role will play an important part in supporting customers throughout their journey, coordinating administrative processes and ensuring a high level of service is maintained.Key Responsibilities: Process and manage customer requests and orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and issue quotations and other customer documentation Provide customers with timely updates regarding orders and deliveries Liaise with external partners and internal teams to help ensure smooth fulfilment Support the wider team with administrative and customer-related tasks Provide general product and service information to customers over the phone Handle customer queries and aftersales issues, resolving them promptly where possible Maintain accurate records and ensure internal systems are kept up to date Assist with general coordination and administrative duties as required Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in a customer service, administration or processing-based role Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident telephone manner and strong communication skills Good geographical awareness and the ability to coordinate activities effectively Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Good IT skills, including experience using internal systems or databases A proactive and positive approach with a ..... full job details .....
