We are seeking a quality assurance professional who is meticulous about meeting standards and customer expectations and committed to improving business performance. As the Quality Engineer, you will aim to ensure that the product or service our client provides is fit for purpose, correct against the drawing, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. You will also be assisting the Quality Manager in helping ensure the business follows and maintains the requirements of ISO14001. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities Carry out all inspections such as first off, last off, incoming and outgoing goods, of detailed parts, assemblies and documentation in a timely and efficient manner, using mechanical or electronic measuring equipment. Responsible for verifying components meet specification and customer requirements using detailed drawings, the customer s condition of supply, company procedures and layouts. Final release of parts to customer including raising and signing certificates of conformity. Action and complete First and Last Article Inspection reports as per customer requirements.
