The ideal candidate will have a IMI Level 3 acccrediation in Paint repair and a minimum of one year of experience as a Paint Technician. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality paintwork on vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Preparing vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and priming. Mixing and matching paint colours to ensure an exact match. Applying paint using spray guns and other specialized equipment. Ensuring smooth and even coatings, free of defects. Carrying out final polishing and finishing work. Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets industry and company standards. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Working collaboratively with the bodyshop team to ensure efficient workflow. Requirements: IMI Level 3 Diploma automotive paint repair Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paint Technician. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills.
