Following the successful launch of a new long-term retail contract, continued investment in production facilities and the introduction of new manufacturing equipment, the business is expanding its engineering team to support a move towards 24-hour production. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a close-knit engineering team on a permanent night shift. Working largely independently during the night operation, you will take ownership of planned maintenance activities, equipment reliability and continuous improvement projects across the site. Unlike many night shift maintenance roles that are heavily reactive, this position offers a genuine opportunity to focus on preventative maintenance, asset care and engineering improvements.
