MMP Consultancy is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager for a permanent opportunity based in South East London. This position offers a salary of 63,000 plus a 10% market uplift for the first year, with a hybrid working arrangement of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, subject to business requirements. Working within a social housing maintenance environment, you''ll take ownership of the commercial function, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors and ensuring contracts deliver maximum value and commercial performance. This is a leadership role focused on contractor management, commercial governance, cost control, and supporting the successful delivery of DLO and outsourced maintenance works.
