Job Title: Manufacturing Team Leader Industry Energy and Aerospace Location: Redditch Salary: Up to £65k Job Type: Full Time, Permanent The Role Manufacturing Team LeaderReporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Manufacturing Engineering team, Tool Room personnel, and engineering apprentices. You will drive process improvement initiatives, support manufacturing operations, oversee tooling activities, and ensure engineering projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards. Working closely with production, quality and leadership teams, you will provide technical direction, allocate resources, develop team capability, and support the successful introduction of new products, tooling and manufacturing processes within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
