The Role Deliver individualised, sensory-led learning tailored to the child''s needs Create a safe, calm, and engaging learning environment Support emotional regulation, communication, and engagement Work closely with families, professionals, and Academics'' support team Sessions may take place in the home or alternative provision ? Who We''re Looking For ? Qualified Teacher (QTS/QTLS)or? Exceptionally experienced Teaching Assistant with a strong SEND background You will have: Proven experience with PMLD and/or Autism and SEMH Strong behaviour management and trauma-informed practice A calm, patient, and empathetic approach Confidence adapting learning in highly personalised ways A genuine commitment to inclusive education
