• Being digitally confident is essential. You''ll use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body-worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
• You''ll stay calm under pressure. Whether responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures, you''ll always act professionally and confidently.

What we''re looking for

• Previous security experience is preferred
• A valid SIA licence-
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, confident and professional approach
• A proactive mindset with the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• A genuine passion for customer service and keeping people safe
