Site Manager Required - Warehouse Refurbishment - Winchester

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a warehouse refurbishment project in Winchester, commencing next week.

Project Details

• Location: Winchester
• Project Value: -500,000
• Start Date: Immediate / Next Week
• Duration:-8 - 12 weeks-

Scope of Works

The refurbishment will include:

• Warehouse strip-out and enabling works
• Internal painting and decorating
• Flooring installation
• Suspended ceiling works
• Installation of temporary fixtures and fittings
• Coordination of subcontractors and site activities
• Health & Safety management and compliance

Requirements

• Proven experience managing refurbishment projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programme and site documentation

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site management
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget
• Coordinating trades and subcontractors
• Client and stakeholder liaison
• Maintaining programme and quality standards
• Site reporting and record keeping
• Must have fit out experience - Warehouse fit preferable-
