Business Development Manager - Motor Vehicle Insurance / Automotive FleetAn experienced Business Development Manager is required to join a growing provider of solutions and services to the automotive fleet and motor insurance sectors. The role will drive sales strategy, market expansion and relationship growth across the UK, supporting the business''s long-term growth objectives.Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the motor insurance or automotive fleet industries and have a proven ability to win, develop and retain strategic relationships with clients, brokers and key stakeholders. 40,000- 60,000 basic salary DOEBonus schemeCompany carHybrid working - 2-3 days in officeEasily commutable from Bicester, Oxford, Banbury, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Brackley, Bletchley, TowcesterThe RoleDevelop and implement a business development strategy aligned to company objectivesCreate and deliver a sales strategy to grow the client base and increase revenueResearch and review market trends to identify new business and client opportunitiesIdentify underserved or new markets for existing servicesAttend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and build relationshipsCollaborate with the Marketing Executive and wider business to execute campaigns and growth initiativesProvide directors with regular reports and insight on activity, progress and performanceMonitor and analyse competitor activity and evolving industry trendsThe Candidate
