Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Widnes (WA8 7QF)
Salary: £30,000- £35,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday- Thursday 08:30- 16:50, Friday 08:30- 16:00
Contract: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance water treatment and process chemicals.
As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will be: -
- Processing customer orders.
- Receiving orders and booking on to the system.
- Liaising with hauliers.
- Producing relevant paperwork.
- Updating trade agreements.
- Invoicing.
- Liaising with the production team.
- Purchase order processing.
- Purchase invoice authorisation for hauliers.
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills: -
- Must have worked within a similar role previously.
- Ability to pick up tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Work well as part of a team and happy to conduct other duties where necessary.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Computer literate.
