This includes motivating teams, monitoring and influencing multiple bids concurrently, driving bid strategies aligned with organisational objectives, and leading individual bids while managing resources and line managing bid managers. Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications: Sound knowledge of the UK construction marketKnowledge of relevant procurement legislationStrong understanding of civil engineeringCommercial awareness of different forms of contractStrong presentation and client communication skillsProven track record of winning complex, high-value tendersExperience managing multiple concurrent bids as a Head of Bid ManagementDegree (or equivalent experience) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Business / Management (with strong construction background) Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications ILM Level 5 or Level 7
