The successful candidate will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to lawyers, ensuring an efficient and organised service is delivered to both internal teams and clients. This role requires someone who can work both independently and collaboratively, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards of accuracy and client care. Key ResponsibilitiesAudio and copy typing using Microsoft Word, Outlook and ExcelPreparing and formatting correspondence, legal documents, leases, agreements and presentationsDocument management using an electronic document management systemApplying for property searches via online services including HM Land RegistryCompleting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms via HMRCProducing billing information and financial reports, and supporting credit control processesDiary management and file management support for fee earnersHandling client enquiries professionally (non-legal advice)Managing incoming correspondence and ensuring urgent matters are escalatedSupporting other secretaries and departments when requiredGeneral administrative duties including photocopying, post and archivingHandling Land Registry applications and post-completion formalities, including file closureSkills, Qualifications and ExperiencePreviou
