The hotel is looking for an experienced Head Kitchen Porter to lead the porter team and keep the kitchen running to the highest standard. Moving to the area? The Role As Head Kitchen Porter, you will lead the kitchen porter team and take charge of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation across a busy 2 Rosette kitchen. You will work closely with the Head Chef and the brigade on restaurant service, weddings and functions. The role is 45 hours a week over five days, on a rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
